Очень красивый вид, есть все необходимое для хозяйства, даже качели.
Хотелось бы навес на балкон чтоб дождь не мочил вещи на сушке. И с коляской немного неудобно было спускаться по крутому склону

Потрясающее место,очень уютное и атмосферное,красиво и с любовью украшенное,зеленое. Комната очень чистая,есть балкон,холодильник,фен в номере. На общей кухне достаточно красивой посуды и приборов,есть холодильник и стиральная машинка,открывается великолепный вид на море с потрясающими закатами. Хозяйка Нино очень гостеприимная,угощала нас безумно вкусными хачапури и пирогом с тархуном),мы приехали на поезде из Тбилиси,она встретила нас на вокзале на машине,показала что где располагается в нашем районе,сразу завезла в магазин. До центра Батуми минут 20 на автобусе (10 и 10а) или маршрутке (27).До ботанического сада и пляжа Зеленый мыс 15-20 минут пешком, До магазина,автобусной остановки и пляжа 10 минут пешком. Пляжи все галечные.
