Accogliente, molto pulita, si vede che è nuova
Nella struttura in sé niente, andava tutto bene. Una pecca, l’assenza degli asciugamani al nostro arrivo, quindi dalla mattina abbiamo fatto la doccia la sera tardi! E la difficile comunicazione dello staff

Camera molto accogliente, ben arieggiata e ben curata. Mirko, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto davvero gentilissimo e disponibile a darci tutte le dritte da vero palermitano! La posizione è più che ottimale, a piedi si va ovunque in brevissimo tempo. Parcheggio per l’auto anche facilissimo da trovare sotto casa!

The accommodation is located on a quiet, spacious street, just an 8–9 minute walk from the main streets and city center. The host kindly allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled, which we really appreciated. We had our own private bathroom, while the shared area included a small terrace and several tables where we could enjoy our meals.
Everything was clean, and the host was very friendly and helpful. He gave us great recommendations on places to visit, the best beaches to go to, and nearby supermarkets.
The only downsides were related to the bathroom and air conditioning. The shower enclosure leaked water, so after every shower there was a small puddle on the bathroom floor. It would also be helpful to have a few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes. Another minor inconvenience was that the air conditioning remote had to be shared with the other guests.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would still recommend this accommodation.

Struttura bella ma non funzionale, tutto nuovo ma doccia difettosa, nessun appendino in bagno per accappatoi o asciugamani
Cucina/bar insufficiente, non presenti utensili da cucina inclusi bicchieri (anche di plastica) tazze e cucchiaini. Presenti solo bicchierini di plastica da caffè
