These are brand new separate rooms in one older apartment. Everything is super-comfortable and clean and very new - the bed was so lovely, shower was great. Everything was put together so beautifully. There is a little lift to get your bags up the two flights of stairs. Sergio was a very welcoming host. and when we asked for some wine glasses, they magically appeared. Whilst you are sort of sharing a space with three other rooms off a central corridor, we barely heard anyone else. There was a small balcony and a little table and chairs for an Aperol spritz . The soundproofing was excellent and the aircon was very effective. It's only a few minutes walk to a mini-supermarket, and a few more minutes to all the lovely alleyway restaurants in Palermo.
