I would recommend this property for all of the reasons highlighted and would definitely stay there again

Property was well equipped in a pleasant building with a sea view from the balcony. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with every thought of, tea, coffee, shower gel and shampoo etc.

Really good experience.

Next to the beach and restaurants, very close to everything. Has an AC and well furnished kitchen. Very nice view to the sea. Very helpful and communicative owners.

Parking spaces are bit hard to find sometimes.

Holiday

That place is amazing, the apartment was prepared perfectly for our arrival. Even though it was not too big it was enough and very cosy for my family (2+1), The equipment met our expectations. The owner took care of all the details. Everywhere was near so we didn't have to go by car, we only walked with pleasure. I recommend

The big problem in that town is parking for cars.

Very pleasant stay

We had a short but pleasant stay at Sabina’s house. The flat was clean and had all the necessary for cooking, toiletries, extra bed sheets and plenty of light. We loved hearing the sound of the waves at night and the shower! The flat is also close to the station, mercato e many coffe shops and restaurants.

The host had contacted me before to schedule our arrival. She was already waitbng for us at the entrance, to show us the appartment which was really nice and fitted the description very well. The room was nice and comfortable, great bathroom, just a very nice place to stay!

Parfait. Le studio est clair et confortable et surtout très propre. Notre hôte nous a attendu en bas de l'immeuble pour nous remettre les clés, il est très souple et gentil. Beaucoup de différentes doses de café à disposition et une petite bouteille d'eau. Nous pouvons voir la mer du balcon. L'appartement est près d'une plage privée ET proches de cafés et restaurants. Je le recommande vivement.

Excelente departamento. Todo nuevo, funcionando, con mucho detalle de parte de la host, agua mineral, te,café, todos los suplementos básicos para cocinar (aceite,sal, azúcar etc) no hacía falta salir corriendo a comprar nada. Baño completo, detalle de los juegos de toalla, jabón, shampoo, aparato para secar la ropa. Muy buena señal de wifi. Uno de los mejores departamentos que estuvimos.Muy recomendable.

Posto bellissimo, sulla spiaggia praticamente e vicino a tutto. Che dire della signora che ci ha ricevuti , meravigliosa, gentile e disponibile. Camera pulitissima con tutto l'occorrente.

Séjour mémorable à Casalmare Sabina.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, avons été très sympathiquement accueilli par notre hôte. Appartement confortable très fonctionnel dans état irréprochable, parfaitement équipé avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin en cuisine, salle de bain et couchage d'excellente qualité avec l'avantage trés appréciable et pratique de disposer d'un couchage supplémentaire pour 1 personne discrètement escamotable dans un coffrage mural. Il est de plus idéalement placé en bordure de mer et du beau jardin public, à proximité des commerces et de nombreux restaurants. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette location à tous points de vue, et y retournerons bien volontier avec le plus grand plaisir. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui prend grand soin de ses visiteurs.

Capodanno a Ventimiglia

Pulizia, disponibilità di tutto il necessario, posizione vista mare, balcone per colazione. Situato a due passi dal mare, dal centro e dalla stazione. È stato un capodanno memorabile, siamo grati dell'accoglienza. Sotto casa ristorante per celiaci la grotta, per noi il top. Torneremo.

Nell'appartamento c'è l'essenziale, gli spazi sono ridotti quando si aprono i letti, ma ci si può adattare benissimo. Noi eravamo in tre, mia moglie, mia figlia (11 anni) ed io siamo rimasti due notti. Per qualche giorno è vivibilissimo, alla lunga potrebbe pesare. Per una lunga permanenza meglio per due persone, secondo me. Ma complessivamente l'esperienza è stata molto positiva.
