Very nice and comfortable cottage, well equipped and clean. The location is really convenient as it is an easy walk to the centre with the shops, restaurants, seafront, etc, but at the same time is far enough from the crowds. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is there including a dishwasher and a washing machine (note: you need to bring your washing liquids etc, only 2 dishwasher tablets provided - not a big deal just be aware). Kitchen has lots of necessary bits and pieces, there was nothing we felt was missing for our cooking or dining. There was salt/ pepper/ basic tea and coffee and sugar so no need to worry about those! We especially appreciated the outside seating as the weather was still nice and had our breakfast there as well as some evening drinks. Nice touch - an electric "fireplace" in the front room which also can be used to warm up (we only used it for visual effect). Overall - we were very happy with our stay.

The info from the management company regarding car parking was a bit misleading - to my question they responded that there is an off-road parking for 1 car (which normally means there is a dedicated parking), in reality you park in the street wherever there is some space. When we arrived there was no space available in front of the house and we had to look further out. To be fair - in the owners' booklet inside the property the parking guidance was correct and some ideas where to find spaces were very helpful.
