Great location, spacious and secure parking

Access instructions didn’t tally with what was there when we arrived (confusing after a long drive) and some maintenance is needed to make it safe and allow window opening when it’s very windy, as the rooms were hot overnight. The decor doesn’t match the photos which was also confusing on arrival, but cute additions. An odd detail was listing toilet paper but only providing one roll for a 4 night stay for 2 adults. It was a little grubby in places (under sofa cushions) but generally clean with lovely towels. Charlie replied quickly to messages and overall I would stay again, but the few niggles did mar the enjoyment a little.

It is a beautiful place to stay with every amenities that you need it is comfortable and only a short walk to the center of whitby ,lovley views it has private parking for one car which is all secure fantastic place to stay

Location was really good,a few minutes walk into Whitby.

This property needs a deep clean ,I cleaned most of the kitchen floor with kitchen roll and detol,it was sticky with dirt and was a smell to the property that lingered.
