Rieti 2025 for the Fiera Mondiale del Pepperoncino

Central location being only a few minutes walk from the town. Beautiful location alongside the river. Close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. WhatsApp message was sent prior to arrival to explain where to get the key and a walk around video. Comfortable beds. Good selection of kitchen items for food preparation with fridge/freezer & microwave. Lovely bowl of breakfast items left on the table for us. Air conditioning in bedroom area. Small terrace area overlooking the river - accessed through the mezzanine bedroom. We travelled as a group of 3 for the annual chilli festival - 1 x double bed and 2 x single bed but the sofa could be used as a bed if needed (not a fold out sofa). A basic apartment which will suit most people. We would recommend and would book again for future visits.

We couldn't find a kettle but there was a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods. Kitchen area is a little dated but perfectly usable. No table on the terrace but with chairs. Apartment on top floor with no lift so not suitable for people with mobility issues - not a problem for us though. Low ceiling beams when you reach the mezzanine so you need to duck slight to avoid hitting your head.

Liked the loft like area, beds were comfortable, and the room was warm.

Toilet seat was broken, and the only light working in our whole room was the bathroom. Oh, and the coffee maker did not function well.

Soggiorno Meraviglioso nel Cuore di Rieti! Il mio soggiorno a Casa Sigiu è stato assolutamente fantastico e lo consiglio vivamente. Prima di tutto, il punto di forza è senza dubbio la posizione. Essere proprio nel centro di Rieti ha significato che tutto era raggiungibile con una breve e piacevole passeggiata. Ho potuto esplorare la città, visitare i negozi e cenare nei ristoranti locali senza mai aver bisogno dell'auto. In secondo luogo, l'appartamento è stato una vera delizia. Era incredibilmente spazioso, impeccabilmente pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La vista dalle finestre era semplicemente mozzafiato, offrendo un bellissimo panorama del monte Terminillo e del fiume Velino. Svegliarsi con quella vista ogni mattina è stato un vero piacere. Infine, la logistica è stata impeccabile. Il processo per recuperare le chiavi e accedere all'appartamento è stato molto semplice e chiaro. Ho anche apprezzato moltissimo la gentilezza degli host, che hanno lasciato una generosa scorta di cialde di caffè espresso, sufficiente per l'intero soggiorno. È stato un gesto premuroso e molto gradito. Tornero' sicuramente! My stay at Casa Sigiu was absolutely fantastic, and we would highly recommend it. First and foremost, the location is the absolute best part. Being right in the center of Rieti meant that everything was just a short and pleasant walk away. I could easily explore the city, visit shops, and dine at local restaurants without ever needing a car. Secondly, the apartment itself was a delight. It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The view from the windows was simply stunning, offering a beautiful panorama of Terminillo mountain and the Velino river. Waking up to that view every morning was a real treat. Finally, the logistics were seamless. The process to retrieve the keys and access the apartment was very simple and straightforward.

L'unico piccolo suggerimento che avrei è di avere qualche asciugamano in più per la doccia, specialmente per i soggiorni più lunghi. A parte questo piccolo dettaglio, la mia esperienza è stata perfetta. My only small suggestion would be to have a few extra towels for the shower, especially for longer stays. Other than that minor detail, my experience was perfect.

Esperienza tutto sommato positiva.

Appartamento molto bello con travi a vista e soppalco molto apprezzato, due bagni comodissimi x una famiglia, silenzioso e posizionato bene con parcheggio sotto casa.

Non poter decidere programmazione e temperatura del riscaldamento e l’acqua un po’ troppo tiepida per i nostri gusti.

La posizione e le vettovaglie per cucinare, che risultavano sufficienti.

Staff inesistente, ho provato a chiamarli tantissime volte, venendo solo preso in giro l'unica volta che mi hanno risposto. La casa puzzava di chiuso, era decentemente pulita ma era fredda da morire. Con una bimba piccola al seguito ho chiamato svariate volte lo staff senza mai ricevere risposta neanche per messaggio. Solo alle 18:00 mi ha risposto al messaggio e poi al telefono dicendomi che aveva provveduto da remoto ad aumentare la temperatura di casa, che in realtà non é mai variata, avendo il termostato digitale bloccato all'intervento manuale e solo disponibile a intervento da remoto ci siamo morti di freddo. Casa era inagibile. In alternativa fornivano un condizionatore al secondo piano dell'appartamento che era incassato a muro con una griglia davanti a mò di sipario che così faceva aria calda ma non ne usciva nemmeno un po'. Scoreggiando avevamo più.calore in casa che tramite tutti i suoi marchingegni da tirchio. Sconsiglio fortemente. Dulcis in fundo hanno provato a contattarmi con un altro numero alle 23:40 ma alcune persone a quell'ora vorrebbero godersi un meritato riposo dopo una giornata di viaggio. Pessimi.
