Beautiful town, authentic apartment in Poggio Bustone

Nice apartment and fun location, right next-door to a church. Nice view and fairly easy walk into town (if you don't mind the hills!). Responsive and kind host.

An authentic Italian experience

The location and the character of the house was nice. The view was great and it was quiet. The host was very pleasant but spoke no English but we managed with Google Translate. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

There was no air conditioning but otherwise it was homely.

Good apartment in the center of the town. The owner came fast to give us the keys after our call. The kitchen was well-equipped so that we could cook a simple dinner. Big and comfortable bed.

Wifi connection was weak in the bedroom bathroom needs renovation

Lovely stay on the Via Di Francesco

The apartment was generally clean and comfortable. We stayed here for 1 night on our Via Di Francesco pilgrimage. The kitchen was complete and made it easy to prepare a meal. There is a small Conad store very close to the apartment. The apartment had lots of character and was located beside a church. There was a small balcony and 2 windows which were perfect for hanging our clothes to dry. I'm not sure that I'd want to stay longer than 1 night but for our needs it worked. I recommend.

Breakfast was advertised as included and showed a photo. Very disappointed as only dry toasts supplied and 1 tiny jam ! Should update listing or don't include it as it's misleading

The view is amazing and it was very clean. The house is very simple but for the price we payed, it worth it.

The apartment has stupendous views. Best of any we stayed in, in Italy. This is a gorgeous town. The apartment has a nice location.

We called the owner when we arrived. We had walked for seven hours and were tired. He said he would be there in "a minute," but did not arrive for half an hour. Very few people in Poggio Bustone speak English.

Tappa del cammino di S.Benedetto. Poggio Bustone è molto carina

La casetta si trova una bella posizione, nella piazzetta della chiesa. Dalla finestra della camera si gode di una vista stupenda sulla vallata. Ha tutto ciò che è necessario con ampi spazi.

Nota dolente: la mattina, a termosifoni spenti, abbiamo potuto constatare che l'ambiente è troppo umido, tutti i nostri bagagli erano inumiditi. Consiglio il posizionamento di un deumidificatore per rendere più confortevole il soggiorno.

Appartamento molto grazioso e con tutti i comfort, oltre le nostre aspettative e ben riscaldato.

Appartamento molto grazioso e con tutti i comfort. Nel frigo e nella cucina ci hanno lasciato un sacco di cibo per fare colazione. Proprietario molto gentile. Casa molto calda, è presente sia una bellissima stufa a pellets che il riscaldamento con i termosifoni classici. Dalla finestra della camera c'è una bellissima vista. L'appartamento è vicino ad un grande parcheggio così ci è stato comodo per portare le nostre borse.

Non saprei.... è stato tutto perfetto. Abbiamo dormito lì due notti e siamo stati molto bene.
