Super lovely family involved in running this accommodation. Very clean and tidy, beds comfortable, and lots of equipment in the kichen/dining area. Giovanni and his family were very attentive to ensure maximum comfort. The location is also really good. Thank you.

Everything! It felt like home! Giovanni and his family are incredible hosts! We were doing the Via Francesco, it was truly an amazing home to rest and recharge energies! ❤️

Clean and friendly host!

The Host was so commutative in friendly, we really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and spacious and just what we needed after a long hike of the Via de Francesco. I highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Giovanni was so friendly and helpful! He met us to take us to the house, showed us around and gave us the keys. He recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner and even made reservations for us. The house is charming with great views! We were very comfortable there. I would not hesitate to return.

Great house in a beautiful village

Giovanni is a great host, he met us outside and shown the way to park our motorbikes. He is very attentive and explained everything about the house. The house itself is very nice and comfy with all the needed stuff and with a very personal touches in the interior.

Comfortable stay in unique building

Extremely clean - the owners take good care of the place. It is very well equipped for cooking at home. The host was very communicative and helpful.

The bathroom is only accessible from the main bedroom which we were not aware of when booking.

What an amazing place! Beautiful city, very nice hosts (we even managed to communicate with Italian speaking Father, which was great) ps. We do not speak Italian ;) Great views, friendly cats, amazing neighbours! I would love to stay there longer next time.

Good for couple or small family, comfortable small house, great location, beautiful views. Easy access by foot to pilgrim trails, by car to mountains, ski slopes and Rieti. Friendly host. Good value for money.

It’s a bit hard to find because of the city structure with countless staircases, but Antonio met me and showed the way, thank you a lot! I stayed alone, so I had whole house to my service. There is a kitchen with basic supplies, some very basic sweet Italian breakfast, but you can cook your own meal. Good bed, everything very clean, wonderful view from the windows.

Un alloggio confortevole, proprietario gentilissimo e collaborativo.

Alloggio molto confortevole, vecchia casa ben ristrutturata con bagno buono, cucinino etc. Il proprietario sig. Antonio è stato eccezionalmente gentile e collaborativo, aiutandoci a terminare il nostro cammino con la sua automobile, dopo che un incidente a uno di noi ci aveva bloccato la discesa dal faggio di san Francesco a Poggio Bustone. E' una persona simpatica e contenta di scambiare idee e informazioni. La posizione della casa è ottima, a tre minuti a piedi dalla gradevolissima piazzetta centrale del paese.

Non piacevole come speravamo

La casa era pulita e fornita di asciugamani, coperte, lenzuola e utensili per la cucina.

L'host ci ha contattato la sera prima della notte prenotata per informarci che c'erano problemi con la caldaia, ma non ha voluto disdire la prenotazione per permetterci di prenotare altrove, sostenendo che non avremmo dovuto avere problemi per quando arrivavamo perché in teoria l'avrebbe aggiustata. Non è stato piacevole rimanere tutto il soggiorno col fiato sospeso perché il problema avrebbe potuto ripresentarsi. O risolveva senza creare un problema per niente o ci annullava la prenotazione. Poca professionalità. Inoltre, la quantità di legna fornita non è quella che si vede in foto: sul fondo del baule c'è un rialzo, quindi è pieno per metà. Era gradita più legna.
