Beautiful setting

Stopped overnight walking Via Francesco. This 2 bedroom house is set in abeautiful location with outside terrave area overlooking the mountains, taking time to appreciate the steep climb it has taken to get here. Nunzia was a lovely host. She offered dinner on arrival which sadly I had to decline as was meeting other's for dinner I had met on the route. If you are staying with her, ask about this in advance and I am sure she will offer you a deal. The house itself is beautifully laid out and fresh. Would recommend.

Rita was a superb host and super helpful, even cooking us dinner after we arrived exhausted from walking from Piediluco to Poggio Bustone (the St Francis Cammino)! The apartment was great, super clean, comfortable with great views. Thank you Rita and thank you Rita’s sister for greeting us first. Highly recommended.

Absolutely great stay, would return if possible

Everything. The host and her family were super friendly and accommodating, made us feel at home. The home-cooked dinner was a bonus too. The house itself is marvelous, super comfortable, incl. a great view. Overall a great stay, thank you!

Parking for the car was occupied, parked on the street instead. However we were able to park a motorcycle inside a locked garage.

First of all, it was the kindness of the host and her sister, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment was spotless and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and I could use the kitchen to my liking, and there was good coffee in the morning with lots of nice breads. The amazing view was included 😉. The price was very reasonable as I’ve had to pay a lot more for less comfort while in the Cammino.

Great place to stay for hikers - exceptional value for money

New and very spacious apartment with all facilities that one needs. Very clean. Good bed. Good shower. The host and her sister were very welcoming and made sure I feel well. Turning on the oven allowed me to try my washed clothes very quickly. It is only a 5 min walk to everything else in town.

The host met me at the property and kindly showed me how the set up worked. it was clean and modern and very spacious. The heating was welcomed on a chilly rainy evening.

Home above the clouds!

The apartment was great! I could have moved in and lived there for the rest of my life! Beautiful view from the terrace and wanted for nothing. My hosts we're wonderful, kind and helpful. Not the very best place to be if you don't want company, as the apartment has 2 separate bedrooms and baths that can be rented individually at the same time! I would highly recommend it for families or friends traveling together when the whole apartment is private. If however you don't mind meeting new people in your living room, then it's also perfect! Grocery store and cafes within walking distance. Lovely little town. I would go there again!

Friendly and uncomplicated check in. We got homemade pasta (dinner) from the sister of the host :). Thanks a lot for the nice dinner. The appartment is very comfortable with a nice view and located near by the monastery.

We booked and paid the appartment with 2 bedrooms and kitchen. During check-in we were told on short notice that we have to share the appartment with 2 other people. It's not a problem but it would be nice to know this in advance and get a reduction ... we couldn't explain the host due to language barriers ... 5 € extra charge applies to use the kitchen.

Extremely clean; Rita cooked dinner for us and it was wonderful. We could only speak English and Nunzia and Rita only spoke Italian but our experience was one to remember. Thank you.

Die ideale Unterkunft für den Cammino San Benedetto

Eine wunderbare Lage. Wenn man, wie wir, den Benediktweg geht, kommt man direkt am Haus vorbei, von wo aus man einen wuderschönen Blick in das Rietital hat. Zum Centro storico ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Eine sehr ruhige und sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Da man sich das Frühstück selbst zubereitet, ist man am Morgen zeitlich sehr flexibel und kann früh aufbrechen.

De locatie en de gastvrije ontvangst. Er werd voor ons, pelgrims, een voedzaam diner klaargemaakt tegen geringe kosten.

Het ontbijt was karig, zelfs voor Italiaanse begrippen. Thee en koffie bij t “ontbijt” hebben wij zelf klaargemaakt.
