low level with big potential
nice house on the outskirts of a village; nice rooms, public and private, with valuable decoration
it is a nice remote place if you enjoy barking dogs the whole night; we have been asking for glasses to enjoy some wine but we got 2 times some one way plastic cups, however real glasses have just been a grab away

Schöner Aufenthalt.
Sehr gute und schöne Unterkunft. Sie hat meine Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt und ich würde sicher wieder diese Unterkunft wählen. Das Frühstück wurde in der nahegelegenen Bar offeriert und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Der Kaffee sowie die Gipfeli waren sehr gut und die verschiedenen Crostatas haben das Frühstück abgerundet.

Struttura immersa nel verde dell'Umbria, in una posizione dove si può apprezzare un panorama meraviglioso. Gestione familiare attenta, cordiale e premurosa. Camere grandi e molto belle. Consigliatissimo!!

Bellissima location tra le colline umbre...
All'ingresso in stanza sia nella mia che in quella del mio collega iniziano le sorprese...a terra e nel lavandino escrementi di qualche uccello... acqua calda inesistente piatto doccia che non scaricava...tanto che ho dovuto interrompere la doccia ed aspettare altrimenti l'acqua sarebbe uscita La sorpresa finale al mattino per la colazione...che si svolge in un bar vicino.... praticamente solo un caffè... credo che una struttura ricettiva così farebbe meglio a chiudere
