I liked the location and room itself

The location of the room is great, with plenty of nice cafés nearby, and the room itself was very good. However, on my last night, the air conditioning stopped working. I reported the issue, but unfortunately, nobody got back to me. Regarding the first day, the person who welcomed me, who was also the cleaner, spoke no English at all. This made it very difficult to communicate with her, especially when trying to arrange the payment, which could only be made in cash. Overall, my experience was good, but I do think it is not ideal for a guest to be welcomed by someone who speaks no English, especially when the communication is difficult and the manner of interaction comes across as quite rude and unwelcoming. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay overall.

No marking at street level. Walked up one flight of stairs in ather building marked as 22 Galaktioni.

Three flights of stairs, 60 steps to the third floor and not the second as advertised. Room was noisy, could hear people in the common area talking. No staff on duty only a housekeeper to collect the money.
