Good location, responsive hosts, comfortable clean room. City centre and all amenities are within reach. Host is responsive and easy to reach. Do recommend.

The location is great, and I would suggest this facility to anyone who prefers to explore the city by foot. There is a supermarket close by, as well as a metro station. Even though the hotel is located right by the avenue, the room was not very noisy for us. However, if you are noise-sensitive, I would suggest specifically asking for a quieter room.
It's not necessarily a dislike, in a way that did not cause us any discomfort, but beware that the hotel's doors close after midnight, and you need to wake up the receptionist to open the doors and let you in. The receptionist is a very kind woman, and we really did not like bothering her late at night.

No lift .. Luggage needs to be carried by myself.. At least not provide any water..
