The establishment is new, well kept and clean. The owner is a very pleasant lady who always tried to accommodate our requests and so were the staff. Breakfast is excellent and caters to everyone, veg and not veg. So far easily the best place we’ve stayed in Georgia.

The rooms look modern, it was warm inside in the cold autumn days and the breakfast was good.

1. Cleanliness. The floor was sticky and stained. And I found a couple of small stains on the bed sheets. 2. There was no hot water in the evening. After arriving from a long day of working in the field I didn't find hot water in the shower. That was really frustrating. 3. Despite the rooms being renovated, here and there you start seeing dirt and spots on the walls. The owners should take care of these things.

L'emplacement !

Le plus dérangeant dans l'histoire c'est le bruit de nuit comme de jour et le ménage non fait durant tout le séjour... ça aurait sûrement atténuer l'odeur forte qui se dégage de la sdb et j'ai dû demandé une serviette propre et du papier toilette pour vous dire... Après avoir vérifier ma réservation (mais il était déjà trop tard) je me rends compte que n'ai pas eu la chambre réservé avec balcon ... mais plutôt une chambre au rez de chaussé la où y a la cuisine et où le petit déjeuner est servi... là où on entend le patron gueuler dès le matin... bref une catastrophe... tellement la nuit était mauvaise j'ai dormi tout le long du vol retour chose qui ne m'arrive pas sur un vol moyen courrier ...
