We had a pleasant stay in Tbilisi. The property is in a great location—accessible to the city center and just a short walk to Old Tbilisi and Freedom Square. Although our initial booking was for a single room, due to a water issue we were upgraded to a bigger family room, which was a nice gesture.

The shower head was not fixed inside the bathroom during our stay, but overall, the stay was comfortable and the location made it very convenient to explore the city.

Это 2х этажная квартира, 3 комнаты, 2 санузла, но душевая только на 1 этаже. Есть все что нужно, абсолютно все. Очень чисто. чувствовали себя как дома. В день когда мы заселились никого не было, поэтому было очень уютно)) район классный, все рядом, близко расположена ко всем достопримечательностям старого города.

Из-за того что нет ограждения душевой, после купания все в воде было. Нужно убираться за собой. Но это было не трудно для нас, а вот нашим соседям походу было трудно…

The location is great with a great bakery around the corner. The ladies that work there are nice but speak zero English so it was hard to communicate. The room we received was incredibly small. We are used to Japanese shoebox hotels and this felt even smaller because it was the 2 of us. It was super loud as you can hear everything going on outside until late in the night. The last night we were there, they had done construction and painted the outside walls of our room. We were breathing in paint fumes the whole night which gave me a headache. I wish they would’ve told us about the paint job and provided us an alternative option. The beds were very uncomfortable. It says there’s a washer in the room but no, and they charge extra for laundry (10 lari per load which is still cheaper than the services in the city) but is not written in the description. Because we had problems communicating with them, we were under the assumption that they were going to do the laundry for us because the machine was in their space, but we had to do it ourselves. Also, the refrigerator in the room was broken. If you are planning to leave your luggage after check-out, they will charge you per hour that they hold onto your luggage so be aware. Lastly, check-out time is 12pm, not 11am.
