We had a great time here, liked especially the LED lights, the bíg acreen TV and of course the rooftop terrace. The view from there was exceptional! We also liked the small balcony opening from the bedroom because in the morning it was shadowy and therefore not that hot. In summer the ACs also come handy... The videophone option was quite cool actually. We really liked the manual provided by the host and the fact that whenever we had any questions őr issues, hé was there for us őr sent help tó us. We could park at Marko's öwn parking space in Portoroz and hé organized for us the transfer from and to Piran which is huge plus considering the parking fees around Piran. Al in all, I would like to thank Marko that we could apend a fantastic week there!
The staircase is quite steep, narrow but if you do not have disabilities it is fine.

Amazing 360 view from roof top terrasse Surprisingly quiet nights and good sleep, considering historical city center. Clean, modern furniture and sufficient appliances allowing decent cooking and serving.
Narrow and very steep steps to the apartment is an exclusion criterion for people with physical disability. Other vise no problem.

location is super. roofed terrace overlooking the Mediterranean as well as Piran. The apartment is very nice and has everything you need.

Luxury in the perfect spot
It has everything that you could need for your perfect vacation. It is a highly equipped apartment with air conditioner, a very good kitchen, a big screen tv, crisp audio system, comfy beds and the best 2 store terrace with breathtaking view. The apartment is in the perfect spot between the main square and the beach. The host is a gentleman, we loved the guy. Very flexible and only wants the best for his guests. I could recommend for everyone, i wish we could stay more.

The host was very friendly and competent. We got an appartment tour as soon as we checked in. The appartment is in the heart of Piran. There are all equipment you need. You can see the sea from the terrace. there is no possibility to garage the car in Piran. But the host was so kind to provide us with a garage in Pordroc ( 10 min away from Piran) My Tipp: Buy some grocceries before you arrive to Piran. Because this city is very expensive.

I loved everything about the apartment. It was really beautiful inside and was upgraded to the max. It also had a nice rooftop where you can lounge and enjoy yourself and some company.

missing desctiption in the flat how to operate all the smart home facilities incl. switch for hot water. the living room with kitchen is rather small, lots of stairs to carry all luggage.
