The property was close to all the restaurants and the port.

That there was a ladder to get to the 2nd bedroom. It should have been noted in the photos or in description. The bedrooms was not used since the guests were seniors and it was not safe to access, especially during the night due to the toilet facilities being downstairs. But all in all, we made do.

Perfektná lokalita, blizko na trh, k moru, k obchodikom, potravinam. Apartmán je na 3. poschodí po schodoch, ale stojí za to. Apartmán má vsetko vybavenie ktoré potrebujete, aj pracku. Pohodlné matrace. Odtok v kúpeľni trosku nefungoval ale pán ho po reklamácii opravil a vsetko bolo super. Parkuje sa v záchytnom garážovom dome 36 eur na den a apartman je priamo na námestí Piran kde maju auta vjazd zakázaný- 2 minúty od zastávky autobusu ktorý premáva každých 5 minút. More teplé nádherne, krásne. A mestečko historicke s množstvom fantastických reštaurácii.

Die Unterkunft ist nett, aber nicht für Kinder oder ältere Personen geeignet, da sich eines der Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk befindet und nur über eine steile Leiter erreichbar ist. Sie ist im 3. Stick, sie war sehr sauber und befindet sich in der Mitte im Zentrum.

Bei uns war eine Klimaanlage kaputt, und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr anstrengend – es waren mehrere Anrufe nötig, bevor überhaupt ein Klimatechniker kam, der letztlich aber nichts repariert hat. Meinem Empfinden nach war es der Agentur völlig egal – es wurde weder eine Entschuldigung ausgesprochen noch irgendeine Kompensation angeboten. Stattdessen kam nur die Ausrede, die Klimaanlage habe vor unserer Ankunft funktioniert. Der Techniker hat jedoch ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass sie vor unserer Ankunft gar nicht überprüft worden sei!

The location was definitely the highlight — very central and convenient. The apartment was also nicely furnished.

The apartment was very, very small, so not ideal for groups or if you plan to spend a lot of time inside. A major downside was that the air conditioning in the basement bedroom didn’t work, making sleeping there extremely hot and uncomfortable.
