Great location, but the small size
The location was definitely the highlight — very central and convenient. The apartment was also nicely furnished.
The apartment was very, very small, so not ideal for groups or if you plan to spend a lot of time inside. A major downside was that the air conditioning in the basement bedroom didn’t work, making sleeping there extremely hot and uncomfortable.

Superb
We loved the location - it's really in the middle of the city, accessible to everything. We went on the hottest days, so the AC was reaaaaally coming in handy. The whole apartment was just recently redone, so everything is shiny and new :) Bonus: the TV had a Netflix account (not sure if accidental or on purpose, but we enjoyed it anyway) :)
Nothing that would be really challenging, we found solutions for everything. :) Low ceiling - part of the apartment has a bit of a low ceiling which might be an issue for really tall people (I personally didn't have a problem at all, but my partner who is 2m tall had a bit of a bump every now and then :) Parking - parking your car near the apartment can be a bit challenging, but there is a parking garage a bit down the coast (parking garage Fornače) that has a free shuttle bus to the main square (that is then a minute of walk away from the apartment).

Die Unterkunft ist nett, aber nicht für Kinder oder ältere Personen geeignet, da sich eines der Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk befindet und nur über eine steile Leiter erreichbar ist. Sie ist im 3. Stick, sie war sehr sauber und befindet sich in der Mitte im Zentrum.
Bei uns war eine Klimaanlage kaputt, und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr anstrengend – es waren mehrere Anrufe nötig, bevor überhaupt ein Klimatechniker kam, der letztlich aber nichts repariert hat. Meinem Empfinden nach war es der Agentur völlig egal – es wurde weder eine Entschuldigung ausgesprochen noch irgendeine Kompensation angeboten. Stattdessen kam nur die Ausrede, die Klimaanlage habe vor unserer Ankunft funktioniert. Der Techniker hat jedoch ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass sie vor unserer Ankunft gar nicht überprüft worden sei!

Das Treppenhaus ist etwas abenteuerlich. Sehr wackeliges Geländer.
