Fantastic get away

The location was perfect. Onsite parking great. Short walk to beach. The apartment was exeptionally clean, comfy and had everything you could hope for. Great quality furniture, crockery and soft furnishings. Beds very comfy and sweet touches left on beds for guests ❤️ We will definitely recommend. THANK YOU

The noise from the road, you could do with ear plugs in the front bedroom . some milk so you can make a drink when you arrive.

i received an email welcoming me along with a code for the key box. When I arrived I could not get into the box. I had to ring the emergency number and they gave me a different code.

The apartment was immaculatey clean. I was impressed by the quality of the bedding and towels as well as the coffee machine.

The only thing I would say is the single beds seemed smaller than a normal single.

Perfect restful week. Everything provided to make our time there comfortable and stress free.

Very comfortable apartment. Everything provided to make it a lovely holiday. The location is perfect we didn’t need to use the car while there. The bed was extremely comfortable. We met the cleaners who do a fantastic job making the apartment look like new. This is our 2nd visit and we will be booking again without a doubt.

Excellent all- round. Good space in good location. Apartment had everything you need for a stay. Kitchen was very well equipped. Barrier parking was a bonus meaning that you knew you would always have a space - not necessary off-peak but will be vital in the Summer.

Bin in the kitchen was too small, it would have been good to have recycling bins.

Lovely place to stay.

We have stayed here for one month in two years running. It is nice and clean and modern. Also spacious and quiet. We'll located for the local shops, church and cafes. The sea is at the end of the road. Private allocated parking is very helpful.

A little gem

Beautiful property in a fabulous location for the beach, shops, cafe's, chip shops and pubs all including Tesco's within a 5 minute walk. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The road can be a bit noisy, seemed to be a few noisy cars racing about in the evening but they didn't disturb us overnight - can't say the same for the seagulls but you expect that at the seaside! Will definitely be back.

Wonderful property at a fab location

Location, parking space and the property had all necessary equipment for comfort - toaster, washing machine, airer, even straw mats for the beach.

Apart from the noisy seagulls everything else was very good.

Lovely flat, really comfortable and well equipped. Close to excellent chippy and the beach. Quite spacious for a two bed. Large cupboard for beach stuff etc. Kitchen really well equipped. The rooms all have really good blinds or curtains to block out light in the early hours.

It was quite expensive but we didn't mind as it was so comfortable and the location was good. It was a tiny bit noisy as you would expect from a ground floor flat on the main road. The master bedroom overlooks the road.

Absolutely fantastic except for daughter not sleeping!

Fantastic flat in a great location. Lovely decor and bathrooms.

Only issue was the size of the single beds in twin room - they were not full width so caused a problem sleeping for teenage daughter. Would not advise for adults or over 12s. Ground floor flat was a bit noisy at weekend and had to keep blinds shut all the time. Would suggest booking 1st or 2nd floor.

A lovely clean, new, spacious apartment in a good central location.

Very central location, only minutes to the beach, shops, cafes etc. Lovely clean, new apartment, furnished to a high standard. The linen and towels were all M&S. Very comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. A reserved parking spot which could not be used by anyone else. Very friendly, helpful staff when we had a problem with the tv reception.

The tv reception was poor, no signal on most channels from Saturday to Wednesday. This was eventually rectified when electricians replaced the cables. The bay windows were very close to the pavement outside and so passers by came very close to the windows. The nearby ground floor door to the upstairs apartments banged noisily.

The apartment was very central and convenient for the nice small, local shops as well as to obtain basic supplies or for meals out. The sea is basically at the end of the road as you reach the gardens and the many walks and ways down to the promenade. Very well organized private and secure parking behind the property, a big advantage in Filey! Our apartment had its own main door onto the street. It was also extremely spacious and beautifully designed and well equipped. It looked even better in reality than on the photos! The staff were all first class.

Great apartment

The location was perfect just up the road from the beach one way and town the other. Decor was modern and fresh with an easy layout and comfortable seating. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.

We struggled with the high tech tv in the lounge.
