Très bien placé, proximité gare, musées de Nervi, proche parc et promenade du bord de mer. Très calme avec une grande terrasse qui donne sur le parc. Place attitrée pour la voiture. Appartement joliment décoré, literie confortable. Bien chauffé en hiver.
Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié d'être obligé de récupérer les cles à Gênes, ce qui n'était absolument pas prévu et dont on nous a averti le matin même de notre arrivée. Sinon pas de contact, pas de renseignement pour un bar ou un resto sympa dans les alentours, tout est très impersonnel.. Le plus embêtant est la porte fenêtre du séjour à la terrasse qui est très difficile à fermer. Pour moi, 1m62, impossible. Pour mon mari, 1m85, il n'y arrivait pas à chaque fois donc obligés de fermer les volets.

Super Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung, tolles Quartier. Sauber und praktisch. Die Terasse ist sehr schön und die Anlage rund um das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Das Quartier bietet viel und ist gepflegt und ruhig sowie auch exklusiv.
Es war für uns etwas mühsam die richtige Einfahrt des Parkplatzes zu finden.
