Charming, comfortable, cozy apartment with a great view in a great location.

Great convenient location with easy parking nearby. Very welcoming, helpful, available and proactive host, one of the best in our experience. Spacious, comfortable, cozy and bigger then we expected (according to the pictures) apartment. The railroad runs directly behind the house, but one hardly notices it. Internet is blazing fast. Extraordinary closet space (an entire room). Well furnished kitchen.

A hidden gem in the heart of Liguria

From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed — our host greeted us with a bottle of wine and freshly baked focaccia genovese, a gesture we didn’t expect and which immediately made us feel at home and welcomed to Italy and Italian hospitality. We were also pleasantly surprised by Paolo’s excellent English, which spared us hours on translation apps (and a fair bit of frustration 🙂). The apartment, Una finestra sul mare, truly lives up to its name: waking up every morning to the stunning sea views — with a small beach right under our window — was pure magic. The location in Nervi was perfect for us: peaceful, charming, comfortable, and safe, yet just a short stroll from the absolutely fantastic seaside promenade, delightful small local restaurants (true gems of the area), and convenient transport links for exploring Genoa and the Ligurian coast. Plenty of shops nearby made it easy to find anything we needed. The host’s kindness and dedication set this stay apart. Paolo went the extra mile on several occasions: he was always just a phone call away, ready to answer our questions, kindly kept the umbrellas we had bought safe for us until our return, and even acted as a friendly and helpful “messenger” with the current tenants (long synchronicity story 🙂). The apartment itself was immaculate, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated. We loved the plentiful coffee pods, the fresh crisp bedding, and the outstanding level of cleanliness. Having two bathrooms was perfect for us, and the availability of cleaning products meant we could easily maintain the spotless condition without having to shop for supplies during our holiday.The apartment is well sized and can easily accommodate a family. The fresh sea breeze, the sound of the waves, the wonderful accommodation, and the warmth of our host’s hospitality made us stay entirely in Nervi — turning this into far more than just a stay. It was a heartfelt Ligurian experience, and we will definitely return.

È un posto da sogno, con una vista incredibile. Il proprietario di una gentilezza assoluta. L’appartamento è bellissimo, pulito, ordinato e molto accogliente.
