Unique solar penthouse with jacuzzi and sauna in central Athens

Nicks place is such a delightful oasis in the center of the city. The flat was really cool. The vibe was like nothing I've experienced. I watched the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop jacuzzi. Terrific neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafes The owner is super communicative and helpful. I will absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Athens.

Nothing it was perfect

This is an unusual and exceptional residence. I spent 5 wonderful days there. Nik, the owner, just completed a very thoughtful renovation and the accomodation has virtually everything you can imagine: it's quiet, great views overlooking the city, a lovely bedroom and convenient kitchen; a large and comfortable sitting glass enclosed sitting area and a huge outdoor terrace on two levels. On the main level is a sitting area, a table, barbecue area, washing machine. Upstairs, accessible from a winding stairway, is a totally new Jacuzzi and a sauna. I can't wait to come back during warmer weather to take full advantage of the extensive outdoor area. Simply wonderful. Nik was a wonderful health!

This is a real penthouse. The elevator goes to the 4th Floor. When you get to 4, you still need to walk up another few flights of steps. It wasn't a problem, just be prepared if you have some heavy bags, that you'll have to climb the last flights.
