It is the penthouse of one of the four tall beautiful buildings that the center of Athens has, with a panoramic view from the patio and the private terrace above. The penthouse is 260m2, in excellent condition, renovated two years ago . It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The place has a well designed and furnished interior with paintings and decorative objects. It has all the amenities you might need, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV etc.
It is in the city center, not in the touristic/noisy area, 5 min walking distance from the metro station three stops away from the Parliament .
In short it has it all for a relaxing, exclusive time. It is not hotel or a place to want to rush out. It is a place to stay, enjoy and spend time with the family or with friends in the full of light living room or the big veranda overseeing the city and the mountains or at the terrace, enjoying the panoramic view.
