Very cozy appartement, made using the space in a very creative way. Great to have the parking just outside, host very kind to explain everything. I personally love the location, if you are not afraid on the ups and downs of the area is a great place.
The only negative point of the flat is the open stairs in the kitchen a bit dangerous for kids (and for daydreamers) I would suggest to cover with a wooden top.

spacious place, its a whole flat basically. Large bedroom living area (connected). Parking, and distance to Kolonaki and Alexandras was a major plus
Kitchen a bit tiny, not for eating in or for more than 1 person. Weird smell coming up sometime from somewhere, maybe the basement part?

The private parking ,the area.
It is a ground floor apartment right next to the entrance and parking of a three floor building and ofc because of that there is no rooftop or any kind of a view ( as pictures show). The refrigerator had no freezer, so no ice cubes or ice cream, .and that is not a luxury if you visiting at summer like we did. Also there is no active subscription for Netflix (as pictures show). Overall it is decent place to stay BUT is not what they advertise.
