Wonderful 4 Day Family Mini Break!

Stunning apartment with beautiful views. Immaculately clean. Well furnished with everything and more we needed. Safe and quiet location. Well located for local shops and attractions. Felt very safe and well cared for as a solo parent with 2 small children. Xenia, Svetlana, and Dimitris couldn't have done more for us - so welcoming, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.

Fabulous, stylish home in the perfect location.

This is an exceptional property. Beautifully styled and in a fantastic area. Views are amazing and having a roof garden with a small pool is the icing on the top. There are 2 generous double bedrooms with private bathrooms so ideally for couples travelling together. Loved the balcony off the living/dining area - great for a relaxed outdoor breakfast. Easy to walk to small supermarkets and there was a lovely outdoor food market 5 minutes away on a Tuesday morning. We walked to many places of interest and also took taxi to those further away - taxi travel is very good value. Loved this house.

Delightful

Xenia the host and Svetlana are simply wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and spotless. It really gave us best of both worlds being in a busy city but also having our own pool especially in 30 degree heat ! Would highly recommend staying here, saying that it would not suit anyone with mobility issues as lots of uneven pavements, hills and roads around- but if you are fine with walking then it certainly helps walking off the many pastries eaten from the lovely bakeries.

Perfection

It was perfection. Xenia has thought of everything. She was a wonderful hostess together with her assistant Svetlena. They were so attentive, we had 5 star treatment the whole time. The penthouse was fabulous, beautifully decorated and very luxurious. The fridge was stocked up with milk, juice and drinks and there was also some Greek bread and honey. The pool and roof top really had the wow factor. It made our trip and we thank you both. Location was good, 15 minutes in taxi to Acropolis and both were on call to arrange a taxi. Xenia also arranged our taxi to the airport which was first class. A big shout out to Dimitri. 💖

Stunning apartment, stunning views and a wonderful stay!

The property is perched up quite high with stunning views across Athens. There are a few local shops nearby and a taxi is only about €7 into the centre. It’s a beautiful apartment with comfortable rooms and a wonderful pool on the roof. The air con is great and all the essentials such as coffee and dishwasher tablets are provided. Xenia is a fantastic host who provided all the information we needed and is super friendly. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful place in Athens.

Amazing place to stay. Beautifully designed and cared for. We felt like home. Xenia and Svetlana were both very helpful, checking on us regularly. We loved the pool, beds very very comfortable, everything was very clean, private elevator was super cool. Thank you Xenia for letting us stay in your place. If we come back to Athens, we will for sure book again.

Best vacation spot for either a family or for entertaining your friends!

This is a two-bedroom penthouse with a private rooftop swimming pool. Main floor has the Master Bedroom, kitchen, and open floor plan: dining, living, enclosed sunroom, and private balcony. Second floor has another bedroom with en-suite, and the rooftop patio with private swimming pool. Right across the street from Mt. Lycabettus with trails and best view of the city! Amazing place and great location!

An Unforgettable Stay in a Luxury Penthouse in Kolonaki We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this stunning luxury penthouse, and it exceeded all expectations. Perched among the trees on Mount Lycabettus in the most exclusive part of Kolonaki, the location is truly unbeatable—peaceful yet central, with the metro just an 8-minute walk away and taxis readily available. The rooftop pool is a dream, offering the most spectacular views across Athens—especially magical at sunrise. The home itself is the owner’s private residence, filled with incredible art and elegant décor that create a truly luxurious atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, the air conditioning is excellent throughout, and every detail has been thought through, from TVs and fast Wi-Fi to fresh linens and fluffy towels. There’s even a shaded BBQ area with panoramic vistas—perfect for al fresco dining or evening drinks. The highly polished wooden floors and designer furnishings add to the sense of understated glamour. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of the owner, Xenia, and her PA, Svetlana. Xenia is a professional, intelligent, elegant businesswoman whose kindness shines through in every detail. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made us feel genuinely welcome and we felt so privileged to stay in her beautiful home. We felt completely safe thanks to the full alarm system, and everything we needed was within walking distance—charming coffee shops, bakeries, tavernas, and the historic St. George’s Church at the top of the hill where you have phenomenal views of the acropolis and the sunsets out to see. It’s a short walk up the hill but well worth it! I would return in a heartbeat, without hesitation. This is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommended. The photos just don’t do it justice and they don’t really capture the magic. But I can vouch for all the reviews this is a 10/10 for sure!!

I loved the accessibility of the apartment, I loved the service from Svetlana, Svetlana was so charming and nice, she knew how to explain everything about the apartment and Athens. Everything is clean, the pool is perfect, the apartment is beautiful, the apartment is close to everything, the staff constantly asks if everything is okay. In short, everything is perfect! Tres joli penthouse en face du Lycabette, bien décoré, calme, lumineux et confortable pour trois personnes dont un couple, avec des terrasses arborées vraiment très agréables. La petite piscine sur le toit a été très appréciée! Une excellente adresse, à l’abri du tumulte athénien (la contrepartie est de marcher un peu à pied ou prendre un jet de taxi pour se retrouver très vite sur les principaux lieux centraux d’Athènes). La propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueillis sont très prévenantes et réactives. Nous étions ravis de notre séjour!

Absolut überwältigend, zum Wohlfühlen, immer gerne wieder!!!

Kurz nach Ankunft unseres Fluges wurden wir unaufgefordert kontaktiert, wann wir kommen würden und wann uns der Schlüssel übergeben werden dürfte. Bereits um die Mittagszeit durften wir in die Wohnung. Sehr freundlich wurden wir an der Wohnung empfangen, uns wurde die Wohnung ausführlich gezeigt und alles notwendige erklärt. Die Wohnung ist absolut überwältigend, der Blick über die Stadt atemberaubend, die Dachterrasse lädt zum abendlichen Entspannen ein. Direkt gegenüber beginnt der Fußweg zum Gipfel des Lykabettus. Von der einen Seite der Wohnung schaut man direkt in die grünen Bäume, ab und zu sieht man Mönchssittiche fliegen. Von der Gastgeberin wurde uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was man braucht. In der Küche warteten ein paar kleine Frühstücks-Snacks, Marmelade, Honig, im Kühlschrank Wasser, Bier und eine Flasche Wein auf uns! In den Bädern sind alle Drogerieartikel zum Verbrauch vorhanden. Eine Wohnung mit absolutem Wow-Effekt! Praktisch gelegen, in der Nähe ist eine Metro-Station, Haltestellen von mehreren Buslinien, die einen häufig zu verschiedenen Orten in der Innenstadt führen, mehrere kleine Bäckereien, ein Mini-Market, und vor allem sehr gute Restaurants, die mehr von Einheimischen, als von Touristen besucht werden.

Geweldig appartement met super uitzicht en zwembad. Van alle gemakken voorzien

De plek is geweldig en het uitzicht fantastisch. Dakterras met zwembad is super. Zeer ruim en gezellig appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook levensmiddelen, zoals koffie, thee en blokje afwasmachine. Heerlijk!

Op website stonden 3 slaapkamers en het waren er maar 2. Geen lampje op nachtkastjes bij bovenste slaapkamer.
