The inside is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom with two baths. It is spacious with a lot of attention to detail in the design. It’s a good location - close to everything in the Plaka district. There are some nice restaurants on the street, including a rooftop restaurant about a block down.
The street is very run-down in areas - not dangerous but dilapidated. I was also shocked at how old and ragged the building itself is. Given the high price of the rental, I thought we were at the wrong address. Once we got over the exterior, it was fine. The check-in process was also broken. Instead of giving me the code to open the key box, I was told to message when we got there, which we did. We got an initial response, and then waited in the sweltering heat with my elderly parents for 40 minutes before we were eventually let in.
