In a quiet and green neighborhood of Kolonaki, this lovely mansion apartment has been totally refurbished, furnished and decorated to welcome you to its spacious rooms.
Arriving in the imposing and aristocratic entrance of this block of flats, you are traveled with nostalgia to the past and to Athens of another era. The interior of the house has been refurbished by preserving materials and elements of the old mansion compartment and combining them with the new.
A single space was created to accommodate the lounge area, dining room and kitchen where you can enjoy relaxing moments with your family and friends.
The apartment has three bedrooms with a distinctive feature, their spacious and bright spaces. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a private bathroom, and the other two bedrooms are equipped with twin beds, but they can be converted into double with a special mattress.
There is also the main bathroom, equipped with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, towels, hairdryer and amenities, storage area and a small patio with a table.
This apartment distinctive asset is its location, since the metro stop (Megaron Mousikis) is only 320m away and the bus from and to the airport or if you are heading to the city center stops 220m away.
