Kolonaki Luxury Residence

The flat is quite big, with two bathrooms with shower and three bedrooms with big closets and hangers. Air condition: with high temperatures it’s fundamental. The flat is situated in an old palace that has a supermarket, coffee shops and restraints very close. Moreover, it’s away from the very crowded streets of the heart of the city, still reachable by foot.

The fluffy carpets: in a flat for renting it’s better to get rid of any kind of carpet. There was a lot of dust and The kitchens suppliances were very dirty. There were no detergents except for some dishes soap. With the price asked they can let you find at least a tab for the dishwasher for each day of stay. All all in alla tiny things that can be easily solved.

The unit was in great condition and very clean. It had everything that we needed for our stay and more.

Space, location, condition, cleanliness, … this place has it all.

​Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house was beautiful, and had absolutely everything we needed—they didn't miss a single detail. The location is perfect, so close to everything and feels incredibly safe. ​But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Debbie. She is an absolute angel! So warm, unbelievably helpful, and she went completely out of her way to look after us and make sure we had everything we needed. ​If you're thinking of booking this place, just do it. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location with easy access to the metro station. Kolonaki Square is only a 5-minute walk away, which made exploring the area very convenient. The neighborhood feels very safe and secure.

There was persistent noise from renovation works on the upper floor, and the cleanliness was below the standard one would expect. Basic bathroom amenities were missing (no shower gel, body lotion, tissues, or hand soap in one bathroom). The bathroom ventilation/deodorizing machine was also quite noisy, and the kitchen only offered a kettle instead of a proper coffee machine. Overall, the apartment felt under-equipped and not as well maintained as advertised.
