Over priced, grey & dingy, under maintained and ridiculous access.

The location for the town centre was good.

Over priced, tired and ridiculously difficult to gain access. Corner bath with wall mounted shower head, no curtain so it’s not possible to shower. Wrong toilet seat, small and lose. No spare loo roll. Toilet door doesn’t close from the outside so odours in the hall. Worn out furniture Dark and dingy, surrounded by concrete walls and tower blocks. No nice views from the windows Ridiculous check in. Park outside locked gates in a tow away zone, my wife sat with the motor to make sure we weren’t towed. You have to walk to another address to a key box, get the key and clicker and walk back to the car. 5 to 6 minutes at a brisk walk. The clicker opens the gates, grab your luggage and take it down the tunnel to the apartment, open and drop the luggage. The car and wife are still in the tow away zone. Grab the remote for the garage, drive round the corner, find the garage and drive up three levels, very tight ramps to your parking spot. Find your way out and walk back to the apartment. Not exactly ideal after driving 200 plus miles and navigating a complex one way system.

Good place to explore from with good space in the home

Good location for exploring Clermont Ferrand despite the city road works which you need to negotiate.

Need to pick up the keys nearby the property and then navigate to the property and then the parking space which entailed lots of careful reading of instructions and navigating the road works around the property. Would have been less stressful if the key box was at the property.

The location literally couldn't be better. The parking, although not on site, was literally around the corner and easy use. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The upstairs bed was great.

HEAT! We arrived on a warm, but by no means scorching day. (88f for a high). The house was closed, but the shutters were open and the sun was cooking. Upstairs the drier was running! It was 85 downstairs and who know how hot upstairs. That said, if we opened the windows at night and closed them (and shutters) during the day, it was quite nice. Some deferred maintainence and inattention.

communication with staff was dreadful. they advertise on English websites but when I tried to communicate with them they said they didn’t speak English and insisted on speaking only in French. The property is not as pictured and run down. We were lucky to gain access to the building as they did not open the door as stated they would in their instructions. Entering the hall we initially felt unsafe as the first apartment we passed had obviously been attempted to break into with crow bar marks along the door frame. Despite confirming on 3 occasions that there would be a cot and sofa bed in addition to the two double beds we arrived to find only 2 double beds with no cot or additional bed linen. They didn’t answer the phone for hours and when they did their response was that they couldn’t do anything about it. By this stage it was 10pm and we had no where for two children to sleep. This apartment was over priced and did not meet expectations and it feels completely unregulated by booking.com to allow such low standards. We received a €20 refund which was insignificant given that they only provided beds for half of the family. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone under any circumstances. I have tried on several occasions but unfortunately I cannot upload the pictures of the mould on the walls or hole in the roof.

Perhaps one or two coffee capsules, because if we stay one night we would not buy them specifically for that particular coffee machine. And the blankets were not in the sheets on the ground floor- I had to make them myself. But we loved it and would stay again if we pass by Clermont.

tout était parfait mais je n’y retournerai pas car la logistique est trop compliqué : Clés à récupérer à un endroit puis le badge garage dans le logement, l’interphone ne fonctionne pas et je n’étais pas au courant qu’il y avait un double des clés dans la maison. Beaucoup trop d’infos dont on m’a informé après réservation. Dommage car le logement est top.

Juste suffisant pour une escale, sans plus.

Bien placé, propre. Logement simple mais fonctionnel, avec quelques extras utiles comme le gel douche et les produits de base en cuisine.

Un vrai Escape Game : il faut absolument être plusieurs pour s’en sortir. D’abord, récupérer les clés du logement à un premier endroit. Ensuite, une fois à l’intérieur, trouver la télécommande du garage — parmi deux modèles, dont l’un en bon état et l’autre à moitié démonté… bien sûr, c’est celui qui semble cassé qui fonctionne. Enfin, localiser le garage, situé à un troisième emplacement, pas très loin mais pas évident à repérer. La place de parking est très étroite, mais on a réussi à se garer. Et si vous avez des questions, débrouillez-vous : l’hôte ne répond pas au téléphone. Pour le départ, même parcours en sens inverse. Une expérience... originale.

Très bon séjour !

Le logement était très convenable. La localisation, et nitratent la proximité des lieux d’intérêt (Puy du Dôme, Gergovie), la possibilité de garer la voiture dans une rue très proche sont des atouts de cette petite maison de ville. Nous avons apprécié les équipements de cuisine, la mise à disposition de linge de maison, la grande table à manger pour 6, le lave-vaisselle, les ventilateurs. Et surtout la communication et les indications très précises de l’hôte.

L’absence de climatisation s’est fait durement ressentir, surtout dans la chambre du haut. Pas de chance d’être venue pendant la canicule. La baignoire était un peu dure à enjamber, bon à savoir si on voyage avec des personnes âgées.

-galère pour recuperer les clés à 1 km de l'appartement avec des travaux partout complicant la circulation-fauteuil délabré à jeter.-fenetre de cuisine donnant sur une cour avec de grands sacs poubelle.fenetre sejour et chambre donne sur mur sombre de plusieurs metres de haut.-coin table à l'entrée exterieure avec le sol jonché d'une belle couche de feuilles mortes et de poussière.-chambre à l'étage sous les toits avec un velux qui tient pas bien ouvert. c'est un four dans la chambre malgré un ventilateur insuffisant.- une bouteille d'eau au frais aurait été la bienvenue.-montée au garage au 3 eme étage en hélice compliqué avec une grande voiture audi A4.- prestations pas à la hauteur pour le prix de la nuitée.-une climatisation serait nécessaire.

Küche und Essbereich waren ok. Relativ zentrale Lage. Ausführliche und klare Beschreibung der umständlichen Schlüsselübergabe-Prozedur.

Extreme Hitze (30°C) im EG und 50°C im OG, daher unbewohnbar. Keine Klimaanlage, daher Abkühlung kaum möglich. Sehr umständliche und benutzerunfreundliche Schlüsselübergabe. Parkplatz im sehr engen Parkhaus um die Ecke. Wohnung (schwer zu finden, im Hinterhof in einer Ecke) sehr heruntergekommen und abgenutzt, z. T. schmutzig. Schimmelgeruch (Wohnung und Handtücher).

Parfait

Jolie maisonnette située en plein centre avec parking tout proche. Comme elle est dans une cour elle est très calme. Le logement n’est pas tout neuf mais très propre et joliment décoré. Les lits sont faits à l’arrivée c’est bien agréable pour un séjour d’une seule nuit.

Ruhige und zentrale Lage in kleinem Häuschen mit Erneuerungsbedarf.

Zugang in Hof über verschlossenen Haupteingang, welcher nicht genau der Adresse auf Karte entsprach. Schlüsselabholung 200 Meter entfernt, welche wegen Baustellen schlecht zugänglich war.

Un emplacement idéal mais un logement à améliorer

L’emplacement est idéal en plein centre de Clermont et le parking est clairement un plus.

Une chaleur insupportable dans la chambre du haut , pas de clim… nous avons été contraint de déplier le canapé du bas et de faire le lit pour avoir un peu moins chaud. Un carreau de cassé au sol dans la cuisine dangereux, manque une double prise dans la cuisine pour brancher l’électroménager (on ne peut pas brancher en même temps le micro ondes, le grille pain et la cafetière) et un abattant de toilettes trop petit par rapport aux toilettes … De plus une télévision un peu plus grande ne serait pas du luxe.

Bei der Ankunft lief im Obergeschoss der Wäschetrockner und es hing dort feuchte Wäsche. Es war uns unmöglich dort zu schlafen. Wir haben dann unten auf dem Sofa genächtigt.
