Perfektní lokalita na pláž, do přístavu i do obchodu vše bylo velmi blízko. Velmi pozitivně hodnotím také terasu s výhledem do zahrady s bazénem. Vše bylo perfektně čisté a panoval zde naprostý klid. Dalším velkým pozitivem byla absence hluku z přilehlé ulice.
Po příjezdu byla v bytě cítit vlhkost, která se však po důkladném vyvětrání ztratila. I když je k dispozici pračka, ocenil bych dva ručníky na osobu, což je při delším pobytu pohodlnější. Jako poslední drobnost jsem postrádal náhradní pytle do odpadkového koše, které jsem si musel druhý den dokoupit.

De accommodatie is op zich ruim genoeg voor 3 personen. Het heeft allemaal wel best veel gebruikers sporen. De urbanisatie is ook best oud en niet geweldig onderhouden en er zijn veel vochtsporen overal.
Centraal gelegen tussen San Pedro, Nueva Andalucia en Banus.
