The property is well designed and decorated with lots of space and an outdoor terrace that is probably amazing in the summer. Very comfortable armchairs and well appointed kitchen. Heating was powerful and good. The staff was responsive and very helpful.

There are a couple of things that could make the place even better: - a coat hanger near the entry door - some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels - a headboard to the bed in the second bedroom - replacement towels for stays longer than 3 days (only one set provided / person and while clean, one had older make-up (?) stains). I appreciate the request of the property that guests should abstain to use towels for make-up removal, but it would be good for those towels that are stained to be replaced when that is noted. - more dishware.

The apartment was wonderful and in fantastic relaxing grounds excellent location . I would say better than than the photos. The area is a stones throw from Mistral beach and beach club which serve great food and drink. The Host was super helpful and lives on the complex. Communication from the property from when booking to arriving was also excellent. I would have no hesitation in booking again as the pointers I have listed below would not be an issue next time as in four days I found out about the area and where things were. Met a wonderful taxi driver that took us back to the airport, would be a great idea for each apartment to have a reliable taxi firm they could recommend too.

The apartment would benefit from a welcome pack with basics for guests ( breads meats crisps juice milk wine beer fruit )even if we have to pay a contribution towards it. I know you could order Champagne or wine but that is ok for a romantic break but not a family one . Above our buissiness at home we rent a two bedroom apartment out and we do leave a welcome pack free of charge for our guests . At least the location of the nearest supermarket would help . Would also benefit guests if there was a welcome pack that tells you how to work the TV , about the area and the activities Taxi numbers (as bolt was not reliable neither was uber ) around+ restaurants, etc. These are basic things really that all rentals should do . Tea towels also would be a good idea . Also the complex needs to fix the side gate as it was hit and miss whether it worked, which meant you have to walk all the way around to get back in . This sounds like a lot of negatives ,it is not ,just basic advice that would make the holiday makers stay easier and the apartment exceptional.

No kitchen towels and at least one additional set for the bathroom towels. Even at least one coffee capsule and welcome water bottles

amazing apartment. decent location

we tidied the whole apartment before we left and put all rubbish to one side so it was quick and easy for them. the staff then moved all the rubbish around, and took a picture of it all messy, tried to charge €160. would advise to take photos of the apartment how you leave it when you check out. we disputed the claim as it was false and never had to pay just very disappointing as our stay was good other than them trying to con us for taking out the rubbish
