Banus Bay Townhouse is a stunning contemporary Townhouse, beautifully decorated in a Boho-Chic style with soft neutral tones and furnishings. Featuring a private plunge pool and a lovely roof terrace with a jacuzzi.
Upon entering, the open plan kitchen and dining area leads to the living room and onto the covered terrace and garden and pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features top-of-the-range appliances and a breakfast bar. There is a dining table for 8. The cosy living area has a large and comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV.
The terrace has a covered dining and lounge area and a BBQ, the garden features a couple of sunbeds and the beautiful and unique private infinity pool. The property is east-facing.
On the upper level, there are 3 double bedrooms. The Master Bedroom enjoys a walk-in closet, a large ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and a private terrace. There are 2 further double bedrooms that share an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
