Just one thing, the floor of the master bedroom's bathroom was very warm. However, that was not a big deal.

This is a quieter area to stay in compared to closer to the marina and beach in Puerto Banus, so I recommend it if you want to sleep well at night and also if you travel with kids. The apartment is very modern and fresh. The balcony and the rooftop terrace are really nice. The air conditioner was working perfectly all the time, very comfortable. It was an easy walk to go from the apartment to the beach.

We tried to get our contact person to book a taxi from the airport to the apartment, because we needed to get one with a baby seat. The day before we traveled he said it was cancelled. We had to get one ourselves when we arrived, which was not easy, because no taxis at the airport had baby seats. We ended up waiting and having to call for a car once there, getting help from someone at the airport to speak in Spanish with the taxi company. Once we arrived at the apartment the cleaning ladies were still there. This was at 15:30 PM. We could leave our stuff, but had to wait in order to get the apartment. The sink in the kitchen was clogged, but this was fixed the next morning after we told our contact person. The mattresses are pretty hard, so that is something which I would appreciate to have “fixed” if I’d go back. For our travel back to the airport our contact person said he could fix a taxi with a baby seat again, which in the end he did not do, so we ended up having to do that ourselves again. I would say it would be better if you just say you don’t give this service, and leave it up to people to sort it elsewhere if you are not capable of delivering the service. Despite those “issues” we had a very nice stay in Marbella.

The apartment was acceptable overall, but it differed significantly from the advertised photos. The biggest issue was cleanliness, which was well below expectations. Most of the furniture and equipment appeared to be the cheapest possible quality, with several items damaged or unusable. Overall, the listing felt heavily over-marketed and did not reflect the actual condition of the apartment.
