About this villa rental
Villa surrounded by hundreds of palm trees. The property is located on the site of a former palm tree plantation. The large garden (2,000 m²), pool, and several terraces make this villa the ideal vacation home. 3 bedrooms. Best possible location and very quiet. Walking distance to the beach and Puerto Banús. The large garden is ideal for families or travelers looking for an oasis of tranquility. Tennis and paddle courts are within walking distance.
The Space:
The master bedroom has a king-size bed; bedroom 2 can be configured with a queen-size bed or two single beds; bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed (bedroom 3 is accessible only through bedroom 1 or bedroom 2). The master bathroom features a bathtub and a shower. The second bathroom has a shower.
• Check-in / Check-out: 4:00 PM / 12:00 PM
• Occupancy: Max 6 registered guests (no unregistered overnight visitors)
• Quiet hours (house policy): 11:00 PM–8:00 AM; please respect our neighbors and local ordinances
• Events: No parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or amplified music outdoors
• Smoking: No smoking indoors; permitted only in outdoor areas—please use ashtrays
• Pets: Well-behaved dogs allowed by prior request; owners are responsible for pet hygiene and any damages
• Pool: No lifeguard—swim at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times; no glass by the pool
• Waste & recycling: Use the public containers and follow posted guidelines; deposit household waste during the evening collection window (typically 8:00 PM–11:00 PM in summer; 7:00 PM–11:00 PM in winter)
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for your stay. This is processed as a credit card pre-authorization. No funds will be charged to your card unless a debit card or Apple Pay is used. Provided there is no damage to the property, the pre-authorization will be released within two days of your check-out.
• Damages / deposit: Report any damage immediately; costs may be charged to the deposit
• Legal ID: All adult guests must provide ID for the mandatory traveler registry before arrival

A lovely holiday home, perfect for a family. The pool is amazing. Surrounded by stunning palm trees. La Palmita is a true getaway within the vibrant Marbella. The host was super friendly and we definitely want to come back.
