Приємна спокійна і уважна власниця апартаментів, живе поруч. Автомобіль паркуєте на подвір'ї біля будинку, бачите з вікна. До пляжу 5 хвилин пішки, з пляжу 10 хвилин (нагору). Пляж бетон із сходами у воду. Вода прозора. Є мілина для дітей і для тих, хто не вміє плавати. Біля пляжу: променад і безліч ресторанів і кафе. Найближчий продуктовий 10 хвилин пішки. До найбільшого торгового центру 20- 30 хвилин на авто ( Рієка). В апартаментах є все необхідне, до самих дрібних речей. Свіжий ремонт й нова кухня і техніка. Кондиціонер працює відмінно. На балконі є місце для сушіння речей. Трохи не вистачало пральної машини, але це нам не заважало.

Highly recommended! ❤️ We were welcomed by a very kind and thoughtful host who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. As we arrived for work with a trailer, she even helped us arrange parking, despite there not being a designated space for it. The apartment was pleasantly air-conditioned upon arrival, spotless, and exceptionally well equipped. Fresh fruit was waiting for us in the kitchen, the fridge was stocked with a variety of cold drinks, and there was coffee, sugar, and all the little extras that make a stay feel special. Everything a couple could need for a wonderful stay in Opatija was provided. The location is excellent – right in the city centre, within walking distance of a beautiful beach and all the amenities you might need. The building itself is a charming, well-maintained historic property, while the apartment is modern, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Opatija and sincerely hope we will be lucky enough to stay here again next year. 😊🏖️✨
