Cleanliness, location, parking, very responsive host. Very spacious and clean place that is really well maintained and recently remodeled. Good internet speed (18.6 Mbps download). Apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator, but this is Opatija so there are steps to everywhere. It is 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment to the main street where you’ll find the restaurants, cafes and shops. Another 3-5 minutes through gardens and you’re on historic walkway at waters edge. If you travel with car, parking is a must have, and this place has a spot in chained in area by the building.
We had no issues.
