Das Appartement ist total schön gestaltet, war super sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man nur brauchen könnte. Schlafmöglichkeit und Bettwäsche sehr bequem. Toll ist auch der private Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht und der Garten ist ein Traum. Man hat ihn ganz für sich alleine und kann schön unter Weinreben entspannen. In die Stadt und zum Strand sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Da die Stadt Opatija eher hügelig aufgebaut ist, geht man durch die Stadt etwas bergauf und bergab. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man tolle Lokale und ist direkt mitten in der Stadt. Ein Hundestrand ist 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Gratis WLAN und top Klimaanlage. Super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

The beautiful, well-kept private garden with a barbecue, a comfortable large table, and benches. The garden is full of carefully maintained fruit trees that provide pleasant shade on warm days. From the garden, you can see the tennis court and, just beyond, the sea – a truly relaxing view. We were also delighted by the care and kindness of the hosts, Weronika and Antun. Their attention to guests and genuine hospitality exceeded our expectations.

For us, the location was perfect. However, it is worth mentioning that the property is situated on a fairly steep hill above the main street and the seaside promenade, which might be challenging for people with mobility difficulties. On the positive side, there is a private parking space right by the apartment from the street side, making it very convenient to use a car.

A very clean, modern, well equipped apartment with many thoughtful touches for the guest. Lovely yard with grape, kiwi arbors and vegetable garden, and a seaview horizon. Very kind and welcoming host.
