Das Apartment liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in Opatija. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wirklich schön. Bei unserer Ankunft fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine, allerdings haben wir diese sofort nach Nachfrage vom Vermieter gebracht bekommen und so stand unserem Frühstückskaffee nichts im Weg. Auch wurden uns nach einer Woche ohne Nachfrage frische Handtücher und neue Bettwäsche gebracht.
Wir haben über zwei Wochen im Apartment "gewohnt" und dafür war die Ausstattung der Küche und des Küchengeschirrs etwas spärlich. Im Kühlschrank fehlte außerdem bereits ein Seitenfach zum Hinstellen für Getränke. Bei der Ausstattung des Apartments gibt es definitiv noch Luft nach oben.
