Za prvé, majiteľka je priateľská, nápomocná, láskavá, fantastická osoba! Za druhé. Super vybavený a pohodlný apartmán. Dobré vybavená kuchyňa aj s pračkou. Klimatizácia super funguje. Posedenie v prekrásnej záhrade je fantastické. Je tam aj altánok, ktorý možete taktiež využívať. Pokojná a tichá lokalita. Pešo je to max. 5 minút na pláž SLATINA. Všetko máte po ruke, keďže ste v centre mesta, je to na Opatiju výborná poloha, keďže celá Opatija sa tiahne do kopca. Je tam asi 30 schodov ku hlavnej ulici a mierny kopček. Pomer cena a kvalita je fantastický, nadpriemerný. Parkovanie zdarma je ako bonus, pretože v Opatiji stojí parkovanie 80 eur/deň. Určite sa tu s láskou a radosťou vrátime.

Die Ausstattung und die Lage sind sehr gut. Die Besitzerin ist besonders lieb und zuvorkommend.
