Fabulous - we hope to return one day!

This is a peace of heaven on Lake Maggiore! Beautiful, authentic, it felt like a real home, the view from the little porch down the hill and across the lake was spectacular, and it was so quiet in the area. The house gets the sun in the morning, and kept cool very with the help of 2 fans on the very hot days, but it definitely seems to have been built to protect from the weather. The landlady and the bed and breakfast staff next door were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Definitely an ideal spot for a poet like me to spend a week on holiday, idyllic.

The only thing that would make this place perfect would be access to a washing machine. The listing does not include this, and we weren't expecting one, but the laundromats were further away than I thought. Not a criticism, and maybe it's not possible, but it would be very much appreciated.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit toller Aussicht von der Dachterrasse

Die Aussicht von der kleinen Dachterrasse ist fantastisch - wir waren begeistert! Sehr schön auch die vielen Topfpflanzen im Außen- wie auch Innenbereich der Wohnung. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre und sehr dekorativ. Das Haus ist alt und auch die Möbel sind z.T. alt. Wir fanden das urtümlich und gemütlich. So gibt es viele liebevolle Details in der Einrichtung. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin auch sehr herzlich empfangen!

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist recht einfach. Für unkomplizierte (Nudel)Gerichte reicht es aber allemal. In der Wohnung gibt es nur wenig gute (=helle) Lichtquellen. Für uns war es ok, denn wir lesen abends gerne und hatten deshalb unsere Nackenleuchten dabei. Wir hatten auch eigene Handtücher dabei, was gut war, denn wegen des anhaltenden Regens draußen konnten die Handtücher in der Wohnung nur schwer trocknen. Das war vom Wetter her aber sicher eine Ausnahmesituation.

Tout . Très bon accueil de Letizia et remerciements à son fils pour l'aide aux bagages . Appartement spacieux avec le charme de l'ancien et le plaisir de la terrasse avec vue sur le lac . Calme et fraîcheur .Grande possibilité de rangements. Literie très confortable .A recommander aux personnes cherchant le repos et la tranquillité tout étant proche des accès bateaux notamment à Verbania . L'accès en voiture doit être prudent en prenant la dernière route , Fra Verbaluna puis Fra Denuga ,qui se termine en impasse et où existe un parking de quelques places . La voiture garée à cet endroit , prendre à pied le premier chemin via Milano descendant pierré à gauche puis au bout de 5 mètres la maison est à droite . En l'absence de place voiture et en redescendant nouveau parking plus spacieux.( Les deux gratuits ). Negocio alimentaire au village proche . 🤗🤗❤️♥️💝🤗👍 Nicole et Bernard 69530 Brignais .

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit wunderschönen Seeblick

Letizia war eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin! Sie war da, wenn wir Fragen hatten, aber ansonsten sehr diskret. Das war sehr angenehm. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist so unglaublich schön, daß ich mich immer zwingen musste, wieder in die Wohnung zu gehen! Der Weg zur Hauptstraße am See ist mit dem Auto in ca. 7 Minuten erreichbar, das Lädchen in Gonte in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos und in den Kommentaren beschrieben. Es ist ein altes Haus mit einem besonderen Charme, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wenn man eine sterile neuwertige FeWo sucht, sollte man lieber woanders hin. Einen Parkplatz zu bekommen war für uns auch kein Problem, zumal zwei zur Auswahl stehen. Über die vielen Gastgeschenke haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Vielen Dank nochmal dafür, liebe Letizia!

Die Wendeltreppe ist tatsächlich etwas eng mit Gepäck, aber machbar. Direkt nebenan ist ein kleines Hotel, was wir nicht wussten. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da während unseres Urlaubs keine lauten Gäste dort waren.

Die Dachterasse ist toll. Bei schönem Wetter ein geruhsamer Platz.

Wir hatten 14 Tage gebucht un sind nach 10 Tagen abgereist. Die Wohnung hat keinerlei Komfort. Die "Küche" genügt für Frühstück zu zubereiten. Die Gastgeberin hat auch klar gemacht das man im Urlaub nicht selbst kochen muss. Es gibt nur 3 Teller usw. Alles 3x. Die Wohnung ist dunkel und die Möbelage erinnert eher an ein Sperrmüllager. Der Knüller ist das Bad und die Dusche. Die Dusche hat 45x45cm Grundfläche. In Schräge mit 1,80m Höhe. Duschen wird zur Qualerei. Das Sofa ist dermaßen durchgesessen das mir nach 1 std. alles weh tat. Das TV bietet nur ital. an. Die Internetverbindung geht, ist allerdings mit VPN. Deutsches Fernseh konnte nicht wegen Geoblocking angewählt werden. Das Bett, ein uraltes Blechgestell, war OK obwohl man es nür gebückt erreichen kann, wegen der Dachschräge. Die Wohnung wäre OK für 350€ die Woche. Dann hätte ich diese allerdings auch nicht gewählt. Länger als eine Woche in dieser Wohnung geht das meiner Ansicht auch nicht. Die positiven Bewertungen die ich vor der Buchung hier über die Wohnung gelesen habe, machen mich einfach nur Sprachlos.

Wij zijn fan van Antica Casa Al Lago!

Erg vriendelijke en persoonlijke ontvangst door de eigenares die direct onder het appartement woont. Verwacht geen enorme luxe, maar wel heel veel sfeer en wamte! Het is een appartement in een oud huis, met een verleden, er is in gewoond. Mooi en met zorg ingericht met mooie antieke meubels en kleurrijke accessoires. Comfortabele zithoek en bedden. De keuken is eenvoudig, maar ruim en alles is aanwezig om zelf heerlijke maaltijden te bereiden. Ook basisbenodigdheden zoals koffie, thee, suiker, olie, zout en peper, jam, honing. Kleine badkamer met een lekkere douche. Het dakterrasje is heerlijk: voorzien van tafel en stoelen, ligstoelen (ingeklapt binnen), parasol, veel mooie planten. En natuurlijk een prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Het appartement ligt in een sfeervol rustig klein gehuchtje op loopafstand van het dorpje Oggebbio met een klein winkeltje voor brood en levensmiddelen en een restaurant. Parkeren ging prima op de parkeerplaatsen bij de weg langs het gehuchtje. Een prachtige wandelroute loopt direct achter het gehucht. Wij zijn fan van Antica Casa Al Lago!
