For shared use: park, large, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (18 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Motor access to 100 m from the house. (65 steps). Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 300 m. Grocery, bar 300 m, bus stop "davanti all'ingresso" 2 m, railway station "verbania pallanza" 18.3 km, shingle beach 100 m. Nearby attractions: Cannero Riviera 6 km, Verbania 9 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania. Main road 100 m from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The residence consists of several buildings located on the slope and going down to the lake. To get to the pool area you have to cross the road.
