GARDENIA apartment is on the first floor of the building near the entrance to the large PASCIÀ residence in Oggebbio. The bright living room has a well-equipped open kitchen, a dining table, a TV and two sofas that become single beds. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. The windows are new with anti-noise glass. The room has a lake view, a double bed and a bunk bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. At guests' disposal a small balcony near the entrance door of the apartment overlooking the internal courtyard furnished with a table and two chairs. The washing machine is on the ground floor near the reception, for a fee. At the disposal of the guests of the residence there are, in addition to many parking spaces, 2 tennis courts, two swimming pools, a children's playground, a private beach directly on the lake with a dock for boats and a huge park full of flowers. In 5 min. on foot you can reach the small village near the complex with a small supermarket and a restaurant, in just 5 minutes. by car you can reach the nearby towns such as GHIFFA, CANNERO and CANNOBIO.
