Overall a fanrastic holiday experience and we would definitely return.

Location, views and proximity to transport were great as well as nearby bars/restaurants and shops.

The much advertised DSTV was not available though repair team was dispatched promptly but could not be fully resolved during our stay

Great location and clean but road noise, hot bedroom and lack of privacy screens on bathroom windows

We enjoyed our stay for a week in December 2025. Location is great for access to Cape Town, beaches, V&A and Table Mountain. The apartment was well equipped, clean and fresh.

Some points for future visitors are the road noise is loud, the bathrooms have windows with no covering for privacy and the beach facing bedroom gets very hot from the western setting sun (black blinds shut out the sun but create a heating effect that makes the bedroom unusable until after sunset)

The main bathroom toilette had a constant smell, at first, I thought the cleaning was not done properly, however the sale returned after a while, we controlled it with extra toilette cleaner, not sure why there is a permanent smell. Maybe the drainpipes need flushing? Just a suggestion....

The location was perfect for our purpose. It is easy to reach. Many nice shops in walking distance, as well as the ocean, beach, swimming pools, etc.

Brilliant personal service from Jaco and Paul from the moment we arrived to the time we left. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well furnished. Lovely beach and sunset views from master bedroom and balcony. Safe parking and great safety.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Lage.

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Garagen und Stellplätze (abgesperrt) befinden sich im Souterrain des Gebäudes, man kann aber auch bedenkenlos auf der Straße parken. Pro Wohneinheit ist eine bestimmte Garage zugeordnet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hochparterre mit Blick auf´s Meer, inklusive Sonnenuntergang. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und hat einen ausfahrbaren Sonnenschutz. Ein Schlafzimmer ging zur Straße raus und war etwas lauter durch den Straßenverkehr, dafür hat aber der Ausblick auf´s Meer entschädigt. Das andere Schlafzimmer ging Richtung Innenhof, welcher mit einem Brunnen auch recht nett gestaltet ist. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt (großes Einkaufscenter), in welchem auch ATMs zum Geldabheben vorhanden sind. In der selben Straße befinden sich auch viele Restaurants.

Leider keine Klimaanlage. Da wir im März dort waren, bei moderaten Temperaturen, war das kein Problem. Im südafrikanischen Sommer könnte es aber recht warm in der Wohnung werden.
