UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED

The views

We booked Marlo Breeze but received a phone call on the day 2 hrs before check-in of our booking to say we can not check in and were offered alternate accommodation that was not to our satisfaction. There was a fire place with pebbles and stairs and the third bedroom was a loft with no bathroom. It was a safety hazard as we had a toddler with us. The views were amazing but the bathrooms were not clean and there was no hot water for all of us to bath every day...only 3 people could bath before the hot water ran out. All our plans were delayed due to this and some of us eventually had ice cold baths. They did give us some wine and freebies to compensate but it was a horrible experience. The one toilet was so high you couldn't even sit on it comfortably and I had to share with the other family. I stayed at Marlo previously and this was chalk and cheese. Utterly disappointed. We were staying at Grandwest the week before this and if were given enough notice we could have extended our stay in comfort and luxury.. I hope that no one else has the horrible experience that
