It's a pleasant stay

The shower are brilliant . It's very close to all the supermarkets.

There is a 2000Rand deposit required when we arrived and suppose to be refund it after check out. unfortunately I haven's receive it after 2 weeks .

Comfort at an excellent location

This apartment has an outstanding location. It is within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centres. The promenade is also within effortless walking distance. If you need to drive somewhere, it's very straightforward to navigate to the M6. The facilities are good. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a deep fryer and washing machine. A lovely comfortable lounging area (with those amazing sea views) and dining table and chairs. The main bedroom is very spacious and comfortable - excellent sea views. The ensuite is small with only a shower but the water is hot and ample. The second bedroom is adequate and the second bathroom is quite spacious (bath only).

The upstairs neighbours were a little noisy in the evenings.

We loved our stay! The accommodation was within walking distance of shops and restaurants, with a lovely view of the sea. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy.

The photos and reviews on Booking.

That the property did not match the photos or reviews on Booking. The place was nasty. We sent photos to owner. I’m a top tier Genius member…this is the first time I’ve left an accommodation because I was concerned of getting bedbugs. Owner cancelled our stay and stopped communicating. Booking promised refund, still waiting a month later.

Superb

The easiness and the friendliness to communicate. The apartment is perfectly located with lots of grocery stores around the corner. All appliances are available, with even a free to use Netflix account. The apartment is spacious for our family of 4 and is equipped with a battery backup during load shedding. There is an easy to use and secured parking spot and the building is 24/7 monitored by a security guy at the front desk.

The location is fantastic. The property is very well managed. Fresh fruit and milk on arrival. A bag of amazing complimentary ground coffee and chocolates. Back up lighting and power for WiFi. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very well equipped with comfortable beds and furniture. In an ideal location. The lift worked even during load shedding which was a bonus. Red sightseeing bus stop right across the road. Private parking and very secure. Communication brilliant. Would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for a lovely stay.

i hope to stay here if ever I visit again

location, easy checkin/ checkout, washer and drier combo, complimentary fruits, tea and coffee, spacious, walking distance to bus stop and beaches, includes a parking bay, has so many restaurants and shopping areas, Netflix and it just included everything that we needed…even emergency lights in case if power outages.

i honestly could not find anything …perhaps recommend to include toilet ablution facilities for middle eastern guests in case they wish to target these countries.

The pictures on the site is exactly what the apartment was like. There was enough plugs in the apartment. The extra coffee was really appreciated.

Not that I did not like anything. I suggest an extension cord to enable us to work at the Table. A Bottle of water in the fridge would be welcomed.

Pleasant but could be better

Location excellent very close to restaurants, shops, the beach. Breathtaking views from the apartment. Good communication from the host regarding check-in and check-out times. Very accomodating with regards to early check-in

The R500 fee that gets added only when you make booking payment was a turn off. I think this should be declared upfront. I had already made a decision on where i'm staying and the R500 was only added when making payment. Construction materials in the main bedroom (behind the curtains) was also a turn-off.
