Lovely place but the owner didn't let us know about construction work outside the property so the road was closed. Unable to access bus. Property very out of the way without public transport. Only ended up staying 1 night out of the 3.

The location is very good, near Pisa and Lucca and not far from the coast. Very quiet site and a nice house with a green garden all round it. Parking facility excellent and good breakfast
