The bed was ok comfortable

The host was very abrupt and the day we left she ushered us out and was very rude saying you have to go she was not pleased that we had booked with someone else the room is the bottom floor many mosquitos and no balcony as advertised the washing machine didn't work !! The price of €14 euro is not true it said taxes included and were not !! We had to pay €17.82 at the property !! she said it's extra taxes what ever she had the price is very different to what price we booked at !!! So who in the wrong here booking or the host !!!
