Good location but bare minimum in the way of provisions were provided.

The location was good for the local amenities and the beach although NOT beachfront it was only a 5 minute walk. Apartment was a good size with a dedicated kitchen and small balcony.

The apartment next door was being worked on while we were there so there was loud drilling all through the day and the water was turned off for a couple of hours without prior notice. There was no hairdryer as advertised, the only towels provided were hand towels, there was no spare bedding, no hand soap in the bathroom, no spare toilet rolls, no tea towels and the shower was hand held with only a few of the holes allowing water out. The host was very pleasant but spoke NO English so it was impossible to communicate even with Google translate.

Exceptional

The accommodation is clean, modern and functional. Both of our apartments had a balcony with seating area, working wifi (different login details - so maybe that's how one of the previous comments about wifi not working came about). The hosts are friendly and helpful. City tax is already included in the price and arranged by the host at the nearby info centre (someone wrote here that it is not there and cannot be arranged except through the hosts - not true, it can be done, but it is already included in the price - all arranged by the host). The beach is about 200m away (pebbles). There are other nice beaches within driving distance - e.g. the sandy "big beach" in Ulcijn - ideal for children - beautiful sand. There are shops, bakeries, restaurants (2 excellent ones right in the alley where the guesthouse is located) within a few meters from the accommodation. The kitchens are equipped for easy cooking of lunch or dinner. Functional refrigerators, stoves.. The place wasn´t crowded.

I recommend only your own towel - there are small ones in the accommodation.

Disappointing

If you need a place, just spending the night is a great option for your money, as the location is very good. But there are some buts.

There was a filled trash can in my room, very poorly cleaned, ants and bugs in sugar and salt, the WiFi was constantly falling off. Also keep in mind that although it is indicated that all taxes are included, the host does not help in any way with the registration and payment of the tourist fee. He doesn't care what he actually said to me in the correspondence in WP. Giving the impression that this is an optional procedure. (Someone makes out, someone doesn't, I don't care - quote) Keep in mind that upon arrival, you are REQUIRED to pay a tourist fee and it is usually paid by the hosts, since they have an electronic system for this. Keep in mind that this host does not do this and you have to pay it yourself. (1 euro for 1 day of stay) otherwise you will face a fine of several hundred euros and big problems with departure and future entry into the country.

Słabe wyposażenie kuchni, porządek na bardzo miernym poziomie - włosy w łazience, kurz na szafkach, dodatkowo w nocy padało i na nieszczęście za budynkiem była jakaś blacha na którą krople spadały przez co nie dało się spać, było to tak głośne, że nawet największego śpiocha mogłoby obudzić
