The location and staff were fine, but the place was dirty and overall disappointing.

The location is okay and it’s easy to reach the beach and the center, and there is a parking spot. The staff was polite.

The accommodation was quite disappointing. The rooms are very uncomfortable, and rather dirty, which made the stay unpleasant. Hygiene is clearly not a priority – there was an overall feeling of uncleanness. Due to the conditions, I wouldn’t choose this place again.

Even when we "ordered" non-smoking room, everything smelled after cigarettes. The bathroom had seen better times and the kitchen was corner was, let's say, there. But for the money you can't really ask for more.

Best if you on budget

Best apartment on budget. Hosts were very nice, safe area, clean and nice apartment, private balcony and the beach is walking distance.I enjoyed my stay, I spent 1 month there so I recommend everyone who is on budget and wants a really good value.

Walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours, in this double room apartment fridge and the boiler were close to the bedroom and woke me up couple times also a dog is barking sometimes in the neighbourhood at night.

The owners are really friendly, the accommodation is great for the price, it's clean, it has air conditioning, nice big balcony, washing machine. All recommendations.

The beach is about 1 km away, it's a little harder with children.

Balkán, ez látszik mindenen.

A szálláshely jó helyen van, séta távolságra a tengerparttól. A szállásadó férfi segítőkész, sajnos nem tud angolul, de fordítóval igyekszik megértetni magát.

Sajnos a felszereltsége nagyon hiányos, a konyhában 5 főre nem volt elég evőeszköz, a lámpák hiányosak (csak a foglalatok lógtak ki a falból), 1 hétre 1 guriga wc papír volt bekészítve ami kevés, a lenti apartman beázott a fenti szomszédtól, a csapot bármerre tekertük hol meleg, hol hideg víz folyt, a teraszon nem volt világítás.

Najviše mi se dopala izuzetno pristupačna cena. Domaćini su ljubazni i uslužni.

Pomalo neprijatan miris iz odvoda iz kupatila i slab pritisak u vodokotliću. Sa tuširanjem nije bilo problema.

Zapušen smeštaj, ne preporučujem.

Izgledalo je kao da nakon prethodnog gosta uopšte nije izvršeno čišćenje. Frižider, WC, kuhinja i kuvalo za vodu bili su prljavi, puni kamenca i u lošem higijenskom stanju. Ploča za kuvanje bila je potpuno zagorela i prljava, a celokupan smeštaj ostavljao je veoma zapušten i neuredan utisak. Pored toga, u prostoriji je bio nenormalno jak i neprijatan miris, kao da je cela kutija cigareta popušena sa zatvorenim prozorima. Boravak u takvom prostoru bio je izuzetno neprijatan i neprihvatljiv. Komunikacija je takođe bila otežana, jer domaćin nije govorio ni srpski ni engleski jezik, već je sve poruke prevodio sa ruskog putem aplikacije na telefonu. Takođe smo unapred dogovorili da rano ujutru ostavimo naš prtljag, što je domaćin i potvrdio, ali smo na licu mesta morali dugo da čekamo da bi se pojavio. Ovaj smeštaj je neprihvatljiv i sa higijenskog, i sa uslužnog, i sa zdravstvenog aspekta, i smatram da ne ispunjava standarde kvaliteta koji se očekuju na Booking.com platformi. To što je cena bila niska, ne treba da znači da i kvalitet treba da bude loš. Boravila sam i u jeftinijim smeštajima, gde je sve bilo čisto i uredno.

Kaladra vágyóknak...

Viszonylag közel van a parthoz. Bolt, étterem elérhető gyalog is. Hatalmas terasz van, akár grillezni is lehet. Ki lehet próbálni egy hétre, az érték az árral arányos. Mi nem megyünk vissza.

A személyzet csak oroszul beszél. A parkolást előre kell foglalni, de akkkor sem biztos. A kocsik egymás után állnak, a belső akkor megy el ha tud. Az autós közlekedés a szokásos, keskeny utca, meredek emelkedő, stb. A szobához egy keskeny lépcső vezet. Kettő szobánk volt 1 klímával! A konyhában 1 villany főző lap, vízforraló, hűtő és kész. A WIFI akadozik, ha éppen jó, akkor működik, de nem csatlakozik, nincs jel, stb. A víznyomás és a hőmérséklet ingadozik. Az ágyak retro! Mindenkinek fájt a háta. A képek valódiak, ELŐNYÖS SZÖGBŐL!

Die Lage so wie der Preis waren super für uns als Familie.

Die Unterkunft war extrem schmutzig. Allerdings nach ca zwei std Putzen hatten wir eine mega schöne Zeit. Leider konnte man sich mit dem Personal kaum austauschen da sie kein Englisch wirklich können. Dennoch waren sie immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Очень приятный гостеприимный хозяин, обеспечил всё возможное для нашего удобства. Кондиционер, холодильник, душ, прочная большая кровать, посуда и чайник в наличии. Соотношение цены и качества оптимальное. До пляжа 10-15 мин пешком. Магазинов много по пути и на побережье.

Всё приемлемо.

Iako među jeftinijim smještajem (i to je jedino pozitivno), naš smještaj je bio u mračnoj i skromnoj prostoriji bez prozora. Vlasnik nedostupan za razgovor i pritužbe. Smještaj smo napustili odmah.
