Bardzo dobra lokalizacja z dala od głównej, bardzo ruchliwej drogi, sporo zieleni, blisko 3 sklepy spożywcze. Apartament czysty, wygodne łóżko, sprawana klimatyzacja, wygodny taras do wspólnego spędzania czasu ze znajomymi (jeśli jedziecie np w 2 pary), wspólna pralka na dole, wieszaki do suszenia prania. Spora lodówka z zamrażalnikiem, kuchenka indukcyjna na jeden garnek. Szybka interwencja gospodarza przy drobnej awarii. W sypialni łóżko 2-os., w kuchni rozkładana sofa dla, w zasadzie, 1 osoby.
Trochę za skromne wyposażenie kuchni (brak misek, tarki, sitka np do umycia drobnych owoców, drobnych przyborów kuchennych)
