Everything was great.

Everything was great. The hosts speak several languages - English, Serbian, Polish, Russian. There were no difficulties in communication. We were met at the entrance to the city, since we did not know the area, and taken to the hotel. They can also meet you at the train station or airport. They have a large minibus and can meet up to 10 people with luggage, as well as a small car that they can give you for use. The hotel is 300 meters from the best beach in the city and the promenade, but not far from the center, which is only 15 minutes walk away. Nearby, 20 meters away, there is a store where you can find any products you need. The room was spacious, with its own fully equipped kitchen, which is very convenient for traveling with children and family. The furniture is new, the linen is very clean. The Internet is uninterrupted and very fast. We were accepted with our pet (dog). We are very pleased. Thank you Olga and Sergey!!! and Lyusya.

Very poor

Apartmant have enough space and it's pretty quiet arround.

The host of apartment acted very confusing. She gave us wrong information about payment data. After we solved the problem she sent us message informing us that our price is actually higher than the booking says but after conversation she said she was wrong and said that booking price was the right one. When we arrived we realized that the parking place was inadequate. There were more cars in the row,so each day you have to organize yourself and other guests to move the car. One day we had to wait a lot for someone to move their car. Also, balcony wasn't clean enough when we came. And the mosquito net wasn't working adequately. In the end,when we checked out, i recieved message from booking that the host canceled our reservation so it turns out like we have never actually been there at all!

Clean but Staff not so nice

Is kind of cheap and had some interesting facilities. The apartment was clean and all things operational

The staff just forgot that we would arrived and we were saved by other guests that found a person that could open the door. Next day a guy appears on the door requesting payment that also forgot an excuse for the previous night. Bed is uncomfortable and there's absolutely no way to block the light from the window.

Great apartment, clean comfy with good facilities and nice bed. Delicious fruit tree in front too. Host was friendly and very helpful.

Hosts caring more about cash than about their guests

Great view from the balcony, hosts were responsive (although with delays), the beach was close to the property (about 10-minute walk). The apartment had the microwave oven - very useful! There were 3 small convenience grocery shops in the vicinity with decent assortment and quite low prices. The city in general has all you need (shopping, promenade, restaurants and cafes)

Quite a long list: 1) The apartment was a bit too small - initially we planned to stay as 4 adults + 1 child (5 years old). Then I upgraded the apartment (with additional payment) when the other child (16 years old son) decided to join. Finally we booked a separate apartment for the 2 older children, when our 22-year old daughter also decided to join. However, upon arrival the supposedly upgraded room was small even for 4 adults with 5-year old child. I can't imagine where our son would sleep there… So, I don't understand what I had paid for, when upgraded the room. 2) Both apartments were not clean to my standards. We had to wash mugs, glasses, plates… and wipe the table and the surface in the kitchen corner. The toilet in the 2nd apartment wasn't clean. 3) The first apartment wasn't ready upon our arrival (we had to ask for the linen for our little one, not enough kitchenware, eg. plates, glasses, etc.). To be fair, it was all corrected after our request. 4) The doors in the apartment had locks, but were not lockable (even the one to the bathroom) 5) The first topic of Olga (the host) upon our arrival was payment. She didn't wan t to be paid by card and wanted as much cash as we had in our wallets immediately. On the next day I got WhatsApp reminder to pay in full. So I had to walk into the city to get cash form an ATM. It did not feel nice. At 8:36am on the departure day I got WhatsApp message: "Are you already leaving?" 6) About half stay through, the host (without my request) downgraded our main apartment to about half-price. However, she did not return the difference and said that they did it only to pay less fees to Booking.com with no change for me. 7) Finally, this Aparthotel is located in an underdeveloped part of Bar - about 30 minutes by feet to the centre, where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are.

Prijatan i miran boravak, sto u apartmanu, sto na plazi. Puno sadržaja za decu u Baru koji je blizu.

Relativno blizu plaza, nije zamorno doći do nje. Blizu je Bar za šetnju uveče, puno sadržaja za decu, lepih restorana bez buke . Voznje brodićem do Kraljicine plate, pedalina, voznja na Panorami u Baru. Ispred terase zelenilo, koje umiruje. U apartmanu je zaista mirno, čisto, sve sto je potrebno porodici poseduje..

Alles super, da man nicht auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, außer man möchte Ausflüge in die Nachbarstädte oder in die Berge

Super Lage, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 2 und 5min. Entfernung, Strand zu Fuß in 10min. erreichbar. Stadtmitte innerhalb von 25min. zu Fuß über die Promenade erreichbar.

Ziemlich enge Gassen in der ganzen Umgebung mit extrem wenigen Parkmöglichkeiten außerhalb des Hotelgeländes.
